  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on selected products.

4. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • After placing an order, you may receive a call or message from our team for confirmation.
  • We may attempt to contact you up to 3 times before dispatching the order.
  • Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations.
  • COD is not applicable on customized sizes (50, 52, 54).
  • In some cases, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
